Each pie is filled with USDA choice beef, ground and seasoned with the same special blend of seasonings that have been used since 1883. The excellent pastry crust may best be compared to an oyster cracker; it holds its own when smothered with chili, gravy, or soup and greatly compliments the flavor of the meat. Each meat pie is 4 oz. and is about the size of a hamburger.
